- Tables, chairs, basic setup, use of restrooms, and parking.
2. Can we bring our own food, drinks, or catering?
- Yes! Outside food and catering are welcome.
3. Is alcohol allowed?
- Yes, alcohol is permitted. You must comply with all state and local laws. A licensed bartender is strongly recommended for large events.
4. How early can we access the venue for setup?
- You can access the venue at your scheduled rental start time. Early access may be available for an additional fee.
5. Are there any decorating restrictions?
- We welcome decorations! However, no nails, screws, tape that removes paint, or open flames (candles must be enclosed) are allowed.
6. Is there a cleaning fee?
- General cleaning is included. However, renters are expected to remove all trash, food, and personal items at the end of their event. Excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.
7. Do you offer extra services like décor or photography?
- Yes! We offer décor packages and photography services for an additional fee. Please ask for package details.
8. What happens if something gets damaged?
- The renter is responsible for any damages. Costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, and bank transfers.
10. How do I reserve my date?
- A signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.
